Since it is tomorrow you are going to have to make do with what you have already.

I would go with a jean skirt, with a red button up blouse (white cami underneath) and maybe some old wedge flip flops if you still have some.

If you don’t have those things you could try a white button up blouse with a grey cardigan over that with a high waisted black skirt and knee high white socks.

You probably can’t do this as it’s tomorrow and you might not get away with it, but since you said Britney and Madonna, the Me Against the music music video outfits came into my head.
But you could try doing the school girl outfit. Wear knee length socks, a white shirt with a grey cardigan, (you can choose weather or not to tie the shirt up to show your stomach like in the music video), a short black skirt and put your hair into pig tails.
if you can’t do that I’d go with the sometimes music video outfit as it’s quite easy, just wear a plain white white cropped top and plain white tracksuit bottoms with your hair down and straightened.
But you don’t really have much time as it’s tomorrow.
